We recommend that you book your hotel room or accommodation early. September is the high season for conferences and trade fairs, hotel rooms are in great demand and we were therefore only able to reserve few contingents for the conference.
Even if hotels are no longer bookable via the well-known hotel booking portals, we recommend that you call the hotels directly; if the number of rooms is low, the hotels may no longer appear on the portals.
