Bitte füllen Sie das Formular aus und faxen Sie es an KCS Convention Service (Daten auf dem Formular).

Your Account

After registering online your password and username allows you to access your account at any time, to view the details of your online registration, view your payment status, print an invoice or submit an abstract.

Please note:

Attention: paper and poster submission! You must register as a participant and pay your registration fee prior to 8. Juli 2024 to have your oral paper or/and poster submission included in the programme.

Payments:

All invoices are due ten (10) days from their issuance ("payment term") and must be settled within this payment term. This applies to all invoices, including regular early bird registrations without submission, regular and late registrations, as well as additional bookings such as conference dinner, club night or excursions. For early bird registrations with submission, invoices are due seven (7) days after the Letter of Acceptance is sent.

Cancellation and Refund of Tickets:

Cancellations are only accepted in written form via email to info@gfoe-conference.de.
Registrations canceled before 1. August 2025, will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is 40 euros.
Cancellations of additional program bookings such as conference dinner, club night, and excursions will receive a full refund if received before 15 July 2025. After the aforementioned dates, participants can no longer cancel their tickets. This also applies if participants are unable to attend the conference due to reasons such as illness, travel inability, visa application rejection, or travel restrictions.
